1. Choose a day and time that works for you from our available options. Our groups meet once a week for 90 minutes over a 10-week period.

This structure ensures that you stay focused, consistent, and make progress. Attendance is required. If you miss 2 meetings, your spot will no longer be available.

2. Complete an assessment. This helps us understand your needs and how we can support you best. It will take about 10 - 15 minutes.

3. Verify your email and receive a confirmation securing your place.
